This is a slower-paced Iyengar Yoga class in which poses are taught with more modifications and props to accommodate older students or those with mild chronic health conditions.

We recommend having a yoga mat, three to five blankets, a yoga belt, and two blocks at home. If possible, a yoga chair and bolster can assist your practice. All of this equipment is readily available online. For local pick-up, we suggest you visit www.yogaware.com.

A class recording will be available to all registered students in the Punchpass Content Library 2 hours after the class ends. The recording availability will expire two weeks after the class has met.
