AASY Weekend Intensive - March 13-15
10 hours of in-depth Asana Classes will include asanas from all categories of poses, including inversions with variations, difficult backbends, and balancings. Students should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Iyengar Yoga Method and be able to hold independent inversions for at least 5 minutes.
2 hours of Shvasayama/Pranayama
Classes covering seated, supine, and digital pranayamas and other breathing kryias
