The Winter 2025 Schedule will be 12 weeks, Feb. 4-April 27.
The Winter 2025 Weekend Intensive will be March 28-30.
The Summer 2025 Schedule will be 14 weeks, May 11 - Aug. 23 (July 1-7 off)
The Summer 2025 Weekend Intensive will be July 18-20
AASY weekly classes are instructed in person simultaneously with our Zoom classes. Students may make a reservation for any Zoom class up to 15 minutes before the start of class and can cancel reservations up to 24 hours before class. If you purchase a "members" pass, you must also have a current AASY Membership registered with our PunchPass system.
To make a reservation for a class, you must have a Punchpass login and have purchased the correct session pass. You can make class reservations once logged in and buy a pass. Purchasing a pass does not enroll you in a class. You must reserve your spot in each class you wish to attend or view later.
All students who have a reservation for an online and in-person class will also have access to the class recording in the Content Library for 14 days after the live class. All registered students will be marked present and can access the recording 2 hours after the class has ended.
All 2025 Class times are displayed as EDT (GMT—4:00). Subtracting 4 hours from our listed time gives Greenwich Mean Time, which makes it easier to calculate different time zones, no matter where you are.
The AASY 2025 Spring Weekend Intensive will be March 28-30. To enroll for an Intensive, you must have an AASY PunchPass Account. You can then purchase a pass for the Weekend Intensive w/ Master Classes, or if you wish to attend the Weekend Intensive Pranayama Asana and Pranayama only classes, there is a separate pass for that option. AASY members are offered a reduced price for weekend passes. Non-members are most welcome, but you should purchase the non-members' pass. After you buy your weekend intensive pass, you will also have to reserve the classes that pass to be sure your name is on our reserved list.
