A beginner's class for students new to yoga or the Iyengar Yoga Method. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Instructions will focus on accurate alignment and proper use of yoga props to ensure safe practice for all.
A recording of each class will be available in the Punchpass Content Library 2 hours after the live class ends. This recording will be accessible for two weeks, allowing you to revisit and practice at your own pace.
